Totally Wild Seasonings Fish & Seafood Boil is perfect for fish, crawfish, shrimp or crabs. Catfishermen love this boil as an alternative to frying catfish. Just add half of a package (about 8 oz) to a gallon of boiling water. Boil fish for about 5 minutes and remove from boil; for crawfish, crabs, or shrimp, boil for 15 minutes. To obtain spicier fish or seafood, remove pan from heat and allow to stand in water for 15 minutes. For an even spicier batch, increase seasoning to full bag (16 oz.) per gallon and follow above directions. 16 oz.
