You may return unused item(s) within 30 days for a refund. If you are wanting an exchange, you’ll have to return your item(s) for credit back to your original form of payment and complete another order for the new item. In order to qualify for a full refund, the return must be in the original condition: clean and not worn with no hair or dirt, original packaging intact and any tags or protective materials still attached. Cooking and Natural Products category items are not returnable. Certain majorly discounted items may not be returnable.
ADVENTURESS will refund the cost of the item(s), but not the original shipping charge. If the order received free shipping, a charge may be deducted from your full return. This is a small business, so your understanding in protection from loss due to shipping costs is appreciated.
