EDITING
Are you writing an outdoor article or book and need an editor? Through ADVENTURESS magazine, Jennifer is used to working one-on-one with both new and experienced writers, provides editing and suggestions. She can also help you with photo editing and cover design, if needed.
DESIGN & PHOTO EDITING
Do you need an ad or catalog designed? Small businesses especially often need help when it comes to design and knowing the differences for digital and print as they don’t have the staff to have their own designer. Jennifer has extensive experience creating ads and layout designs, as well as editing photos.
PHOTOSHOOT ASSISTANCE
Do you need help with an outdoor-related photoshoot? With immense attention to detail, creative ideas, a photography background with event planning and photoshoot experience (both in front of and behind the camera) working with outdoor products and clothing, Jennifer is a great assistance for your photoshoot.
PRODUCT REVIEWS
Do you have a product you would like reviewed, privately for product development or publicly for awareness? Jennifer has been reviewing products for years with great detail and ideas for improvement.
DESTINATIONS
Do you have a resort or lead the marketing for a travel destination? Jennifer can visit and create content to help promote your business or area to others through writing, photography, videos and social media content.

Jennifer has a double major Bachelor of Arts degree from Iowa State University in Journalism and Mass Communication with print/magazine emphasis and Art & Design with a photography emphasis, an Associate of Arts degree from Southwestern Community College with an art and design emphasis, plus more than 20 years of experience through writing, photography and design for the outdoors.
She is the owner and editor of ADVENTURESS magazine, and has previously been an editor and designer for The Iowa Sportsman magazine, editor of Family Fish & Game magazine, layout designer for Gannett outdoor and special section newspapers and magazines, intern for The Iowan magazine and Iowa Gardening magazine, as well as a ghost writer for rural citizens fighting economic domain.
