In the included photo, I’m wearing a size 8 (medium) – while my regular size is 4-6 (small), but this gives me enough room to wear two thick leggings layered underneath. Editor’s Note: I love this scentless lotion for deer hunting, but don’t limit yourself to that! I use this scentless lotion year-round! It’s especially great for wintertime as during ice fishing season, I don’t want a scented lotion for my hands, but I desperately need lotion! I also use it specifically for turkey hunting. While turkeys aren’t affected by scent, I’m wearing the same camo I wear during deer season, so I do not want to expose any of my gear with a smelly lotion. And get this – I use it on my dog! I have tried several different products to help keep burrs and stickers off my dog while hunting, and THIS is what works the best!!! Before hunting, I rub it between my hands and then run my hands over him to lightly layer it on his fur and tips of his hair. When I’m in really deep woods or excessive amount of mosquitoes around, I do still use the hard-core deet, permethrin or picaridin, but there’s many times you can avoid using chemicals with this natural bug spray of essential oils that is way healthier for us. And it’s safe for pets! I definitely don’t feel safe enough to spray any regular bug sprays/chemicals on my dog, since he is bound to lick his hair.
