Editor’s Note: I love this scentless lotion for deer hunting, but don’t limit yourself to that! I use this scentless lotion year-round! It’s especially great for wintertime as during ice fishing season, I don’t want a scented lotion for my hands, but I desperately need lotion! I also use it specifically for turkey hunting. While turkeys aren’t affected by scent, I’m wearing the same camo I wear during deer season, so I do not want to expose any of my gear with a smelly lotion. And get this – I use it on my dog! I have tried several different products to help keep burrs and stickers off my dog while hunting, and THIS is what works the best!!! Before hunting, I rub it between my hands and then run my hands over him to lightly layer it on his fur and tips of his hair. Editor’s Note: I have been using Big Game Gut Glove field dressing gloves for years, and not only do I love them for protecting my hunting clothing, but also they have definitely saved me (more than once!) from a cut on my hand from my own accidental knife mishandling while field dressing. I love how thick and long these gloves are – so much better than the cheap, throwaway gloves!
Sizing tip – for a woman, I have pretty large, long hands so in women’s gloves I am often a size large and men’s gloves I am often a size medium. These gloves are in men’s sizes so I find them true to fit and use a size medium. See the product gallery photo for sizing measurements, but hope this helps! ~Jen
