The Mud River Dixie Insulated Kennel Cover has many features that will allow your dog protection from the cold and rain, making your standard dog crate a warm, dry and comfortable place for your hunting dog. It will keep the inside of your crate 20-40 degrees warmer than the outside air temperature (depending on size of dog, working or resting dog, windows on or off, door up or down).
Features on the Dixie Dog Crate Cover include MicroLite3 insulation, a 2-ply infused 1200D Poly industrial grade bottom that is built to withstand years of abrasion, water-resistant coating for protection in foul and unpredictable weather, rubber handles on the top making it easy to move and carry, and 4 side D-Rings for securing the kennel in the back of your truck.

“Hi, this is Jennifer Pudenz, founder of ADVENTURESS Magazine and Store. Previously, for four years/16 issues, I published ADVENTURESS as a digital magazine for FREE as I think a women’s outdoor magazine for hunting and fishing is so needed – NO OTHER EXISTS! My goal has always been to highlight experienced outdoor women who deserve to be highlighted, but often do not get the chance to be featured, published or on the cover of a magazine as typically the real-deal outdoor women sadly are often NOT the women who get attention and industry opportunities. ADVENTURESS was truly one-of-a-kind with this concept when it started, and I truly believe it started making a difference and a change within the outdoor industries!
However, after doing this for so long for free, along with changes in my life, I can no longer afford to continue ADVENTURESS without enough financial support to make a minimal living. I have always worked another full-time or part-time job(s) to try to make ends meet, which means ADVENTURESS does not get the time it deserves and also I am stretched extremely thin, which I can only handle for so long. Magazines usually consist of a team of people, and while I dream of that for ADVENTURESS someday, I have always ran ADVENTURESS on my own because I can’t financially afford to bring someone on board. For now, my goal is to at least make enough income with ADVENTURESS to eventually have ADVENTURESS as my only job so I can give it more of the focus it deserves, as well as I can have more time to expand my many ideas for it!

Madison Game Calls Deer Grunt Call
Madison Game Calls deer grunt calls are nationally recognized award-winning calls handmade by Rodd Madison of Minnesota. The call ‘as-is’ sounds like a mature buck, which you can use solely as that sound, but it can also be easily adjusted from a mature buck to a doe bleat if you’d like other sound options, as it houses an adjustable o-ring on the tone board. You just remove the insert from the barrel to access the tone board and move the o-ring up to the top two notches for a buck grunt or down to the last notch for a doe bleat. This is a very easy call to use and has produced many trophy class bucks since 2008.

Editor’s Note: Rodd Madison has been a long-time friend of mine, and these grunt calls have been long-time hunting partners of mine. They are amazing. Before Rodd’s calls, I felt like I wasn’t good at calling bucks. I was using the “popular,” “regular” calls from big box stores, and I didn’t even like the sound myself – let alone what bucks would think of it, so I did not have much confidence. The first time I tried one of Rodd’s calls, I was immediately like “whoa!” There really is that big of a sound difference in them – they are deep and truly sound like a mature buck. I went from having no confidence in calling, to calling in bucks all the time and getting opportunities at mature bucks that are very rare to fool. It completely changed my confidence and my hunting game!
